You agree that NexVA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation and onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary data shared with your assigned virtual professionals and ensuring that your operational workflows comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexVA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexVA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
